My elderly dad had an acute incident last night . I called OOO .. The 2 most amazing , friendly, caring and knowledgeable paramedics turned up . Britt and Emily from Paterson Lakes station . They were calm , reassuring and extremely professional . The whole time dad felt listened to and validated with his issue . They transferred dad to Casey HOSPITAL.. Special thanks to Ambulance Officers Tammy & Sue that transported me to Werribee Hospital Friday 1st Sept after a bad fall. 000 call answered within seconds and assistance provided by operator until they arrived. Great service along with professional loving care. Great job ladies. Gary Homan
