This is great building, we have been leaving here for about 3 years and it’s good for families. Rules are strict but we follow them, I would recommend it to anyone with family.
BEAUTIFUL building & amenities. Great font desk & valet staff! Absolutely horrible management & rules! If you need ANY service to your unit. GOOD LUCK. It's a headache every single time. I've lived here for almost 3 years now and to get an HVAC tech to fix my AC almost always takes 1-2 weeks so be ready to be boilinggggg! They don't allow service technicians to park on premises (even though they have space) & there is very limited street parking. If techs don't get LUCKY with street parking, they will simply leave.
