DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The building may have its issues, but that is not the purpose of my review. The issues can be lived with, but management cannot. The management of the building is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. To be specific, Tanzia is just a terribly rude person on a power trip. The worst condo building, management, and overall experience of my life. I don't even know where to start, but i'll give it a try... I purchased a condo at Paraiso Bay about a year ago, Paid $650k for it...Visually it looked nice, amazing view, and i was excited to see what Miami had to offer.
