At a higher volume ER you aren't their only patient. Here at Paragon I was treated like the only patient there even though I wasn't and even received a follow up call to ensure I was feeling better. Dr. Khan was amazing and super friendly. Will be making this my permanent er for good!

I have never had a trip to the ER go so smoothly and quickly! I have never used an independent ER/urgent care. I was in and out in less than 2 hours! It usually takes 4+ hours anywhere else! Great staff and great doctors!

It's fast most of the Doctors there have a wonderful bed side manner . I have a large family so we are here a lot. They even do physicals which is important when most people don't always make it to a doctor's office in time because of 9-5 hours.

This is a great location and it was easy to get to. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean. I didn't even wait very long to get seen by anyone. If there was another emergency I would definitely go here again.

If you have to have an emergency on a Friday evening, there's no better place than Paragon. They were very fast, took great care of me and explained everything. Dr. Hussain called my doctor to communicate with him, AND called me the next morning to make sure I was doing OK and review everything. I'd have rather not had to go to an ER, but Paragon made it pretty painless and the staff was so nice to me, I felt like they knew me.

This is the first time I ever visited an independent ER or urgent care center. I fell in a parking lot the afternoon of July 29th so I went to Paragon ER in Webster, TX since it was close to my house. The personnel were very quick & efficient taking xrays of my fractured wrist & putting me on an IV wth pain meds. Everyone I dealt wth was very professional & kind. They were abe to refer me to a local orthopedic doctor that saw me the same day & set my arm in a cast. The staff at Paragon ER went over & beyond the call of duty.... read more
