I didn't realize I was walking into an emergency room but it worked out for the best. Zero wait, very nice staff. Dr made me feel comfortable with level of care I was receiving. I felt like the nurse was very polite but not very professional, very low scrub pants (I saw skin between his boxers and scrub pants at one point), and not the greatest blood draw/iv giver. I have two big bruises from the two sticks. He was very nice and polite though!

It is a very nice place, convenient location and hours. The staff also is very polite. Nurses are very helpful. I had all help I need from the doctors but the medication list should be updated. Overall, I was pleased with my visit and could get some medical help.
Paragon staff was awesome, I was seen quickly, x-rays with speedy results, I would recommend to friends and family. Great Job!

My husband and I have been there twice in the same week once for him & once for me we both had bronchitis. Paragon was excellent we were seen right away both times,vitals checked and saw the dr with in first 10-15 min of being there. Got a chest xray lab work ups and IV abx and scripts in hand quickly. Will definitely go back again if anyone else is sick.
