Amazing staff! I went in for appendicitis and the nurses and doctor were the sweetest and friendliest. They made me feel really well taken care of, which is a great thing to have when you're in pain/scared. They explain everything in full detail every step of the way, and are very good about answering any questions. Would highly recommend!

Mannnn the best emergency room experience I've ever had in my life! I was immediately called in as soon as I got there, the nurse came in immediately to ask questions and take vital signs and then the doctor came shortly after that! Everyone was super awesome and friendly and I literally left feeling 10 times better than I did when I came. The lady at the front desk was my favorite � I left with a bag full of such good stuff! Great service and friendly staff! I went in with bronchitis and saw the Dr. Immediately. I recommend them if you find yourself sick and don't want to spend hours in the hospital waiting room!
When I arrived at Paragon Emergency Center, i received phenomenal care. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and focused on making sure I get better.
The best place to go period. I've been 3 times and I'll keep coming back. Your treated like a king and everything is done very fast!!! I would even drive from North Houston to go to this place.
Never have I had pain like this before. This place is efficient, fast acting and awesome. If you live in the clear lake area Paragon Emergency Center in the place to go. I will never go to the ER at a hospital as long as this place is open. I got pain meds, seen the doctor and xrays in 2 hours. The receptionist is amazingly caring and helpful. Thank you Paragon for taking good care of me.

The people are super friendly, the front desk lady was awesome! Don't remember her name. They really took good care of my wife. I will never go to another hospital er! Paragon Emergency Center is great!
