I went to Paragon last night after being in a car accident. They were super fast. Dr. Jackson was able to see me right away and took time with me to get to the root of my problem. I felt important like they really cared about my well being. The building is beautiful on the inside and does not have a hospital feel. I was in and out with xrays and a CT scan within 2 hours, I would have been in an emergency waiting room for longer than that. This facility was great from the moment I walked in the door. Fast check in, prompt attention from nurse and physician. they obviously hate dealing with people without insurance. Was told I should get a gold card and get treatment that way, ok, well, I'm in pain and need help now not whenever I get approved for a gold card months from now. and fyi, I Did pay for services out of pocket so it's not like I was a penniless homeless person trying to get help. Did one test for my problem, prescribed some medication that isn't working. When the pain came back, I called asking what I should do. Excellent staff. Saw me right away. I had a mild case of food poisoning. The doctor and nurse's were veey friendly and explained everything thoroughly and wasn't rude. Even had a courtesy check up call. Great service. Will go back again.
