We love to stop by on Saturdays when we enjoy walking through out Disney Springs. The bar tenders at the one with all the TVs are super nice and patient with all, and to us. Recently, my husband surprised me with a party there with some of my good friends. The service and cordial attention we received went beyond any expectations and Dennis, our favorite bar tender, was magnificent with the drinks! Very busy on a Saturday night and I loved it. The good was good and also the drinks.
This place SUCKS. Service SUCKS so bad that we didn't even get to check out the water or silverware. Got seated fast and we thought whoo hoo because the first time we walked by there was a huge line. But we got seated and just sat there. No greeting , no menu, no glass of water, no acknowledgement of our existence. Had to go back an ask for a menu. Went back to sit down, still no help.
