Just watched your bartenders fish a fly out of a margarita at the service bar. Strain it out then put new ice and serve it to the server. Just gross
June 26th encounter. Three African American women walked up to be seated,there was no line. We were told that we could find seating at the bar. At the same time,a white woman walked up seeking seating for 10. While the other ladies went in to find seating at the bar,I lingered by the hostess stand to hear the reaponse to the seating for 10. Total crap, service was terrible every food item was brought out wrong.
Would never eat here again, firstly when the food eventually came it was the wrong Order, then the drink came the wrong order, then sat 20 mins with empty plates on the table while kept walking past looking at them, asked twice for the bill 30 mins later eventually got it

Came for a quick drink n something to eat great food and the drinks was great n the prices was responsible

Waited 30 minutes to even have a waiter or anyone come over to our table (they only came when we got up and found someone and asked about our server). Drinks were watered down and food was cold. The vending stand in the theme parks had better food! Definitely NOT worth the time/money...
The service was horrendous and we will never return. They use the excuse that they are busy, but every Disney restaurant is busy. This was our last meal of our vacation, and I'm so disappointed. The server ignored us and never once apologized for his inattentiveness. It took 40 minutes to get the check. I spoke to a manager and he could have cared less. The food is not worth the poor service.
