I had reservations for the restaurant. Upon arrival, they said I did not have a reservation. I showed the manager and he seated us immediately. When getting to the section to sit down, the other manager started yelling at the hostess about bringing us to that section. It was terrible, and they left us standing there just waiting while he argued. The girl told us to wait, and she left to find the main manager. unfortunately not all that, my husband and I waited a while to even be greeted, food was just ok, nothing to come back for.
Worst dining experience- hands down. Service was slow.. oh wait non existent. The fries cooked in burnt oil. The pitcher of sangria was just juice. Seriously not a drop of alcohol in the $28 pitcher. The bathrooms, not only dirty but without paper in 3 of the 4 stalls. Going on 1.75 hours and waiting to get the check. Not sure who our wait staff is since we've had 3 people each come ONCE in the 1.75 hours. Will never come back. Disney ought to cut loose.
We visited Paradiso 37 a few days ago. It was late afternoon and there were plenty of tables. We sat outside by the water which was nice. Our food was pretty good, nachos , quesadillas and wasabi fries ( those were soso...) The only issue I have is with your choice of glass for the margaritas. I don't think it's safe or visually appealing to use very worn plastic margarita "glasses". It looked pretty gross. This was such a bad place. Long waits, small foods for high price, and no utensals.

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for the first time on our recent vacation to Disney. We were seated and didn't even get acknowledged until about 10 minutes. Our waiter apologized and said they were busy...ok every restaurant is Disney is busy lol. We ordered our drinks and appetizer. When we got our appetizer it was completely wrong. Dinner and prices were very good! Service was fantastic! It was real busy and still provided exceptional service!
