Sad to say that this is the 1st Disney restaurant in 20 years that we will not return to. Luke warm, unseasoned food that had to have been precooked. Sat down at 6:16, ordered at 6:20-ish, food to the table within 5 minutes. The place was packed and there is no way to cook a burger well done in that amount of time and it not be hot. We were out the door by 6:45 and down almost $100 with tip, that was without apps or dessert. Paradiso 37 was far from Paradise. :(
Salsa had no flavor, service was poor, menu was very limited (and honestly not detailed enough). Not a great experience.
We went for a late lunch. Service was good, kitchen seemed slow. The meal was ok, but I wasn't impressed enough to go back. The price seemed high for what it was.

Worse place I've eaten. Cold food, cooked wrong, ice cream served in hot bowls children's meals come after adults finished. Manager to scared to come to table to answer to the appalling service. Awful!
8 of us went for a meal out, service was great drinks came quickly and mixed very good 4 of us had steak salads which was done very well, 4 had burgers which was almost uneatable due to water running out of them and total lack of taste, chicken burgers was like eating rubber very dry. They comped all 4 burger meals, the manager was good and accepted the standard was not what they usually sent out.
