Great patio, service and food. The plantains are awesome. The menu offers a wide variety of food. Prices are competitive with all Disney Springs restaurants.
The bartender was pre occupied by his cell phone and playing on Facebook rather than paying attention to the customers. The place was way over staffed with employees everywhere but they seemed to only care about talking to each other. We decided to leave and eat dinner at STK instead(which was an awesome dinner). Bummer because this place seemed to have a great atmosphere but the service wasn't good.
The service was slow and food was not as good for the expensive prices. I had the fish tacos and they tasted terrible, even on an empty hungry stomach. The only positive thing I can remember is the waitress. The slow service was not her doing. I just couldn't understand why the service was so slow due to the restaurant being well staffed and minimal clientele. I will never return.
My family and I decided at the last minute to eat at Disney springs. We decided on paradiso 37 and it was a beautiful day so we are outside. We were seated immediately. But then it turned cooler and almost rainy so we requested to move our table. They did that immediately also. The service was impeccable but if we had to say anything about this restaurant it would be the food. My 5 year old loved his mac n cheese (not your ordinary kids mac). Amazing food every time we go! Waitress was great as well! Definitely recommend!!
My husband and I were there earlier this week while visiting Disney. Because it was our first time we didn't realize that it wasn't a Disney restaurant so our dining plan only worked for part of the menu. When they seated us I could see the drink bar area where they made everything. I watched a waiter drop a glass and saw it break and land in the bin that they keep the ice in for drinks. 3 stars as it was OK. Main dish was bought out before the starter so main taken back, must have been left on the side as when the same main returned it was cold, back to the kitchen for fresh ones which were better but not piping hot. Waitress bought out a dessert to sort of make up for it. Won't bother going back as there's a ton of eating places that are better
We had a great experience! Steven was a fantastic server. He was attentive and funny. He kept dropping really corny jokes but we loved them all. Our courses were timed out perfectly although he was busy with other tables. Thanks, Steven, for being awesome!
The service was slow. My wife ordered a drink that they said someone would make at our table and the waitress never showed up. It wasn't until it was time for dessert that the waiter offered to make the drink. When it was time to pay, the waiter charged for an extra person. Would not recommend.
