Super slow service and mediocre overpriced food and beer is not the coldest as advertised. Plenty of better restaurants in Disney Springs.
DO NOT RECOMMEND ! we waited in line for 40 minutes in the cold to be sat outside next to a broken heater. We asked to be sat inside and they said it was reservation only. They should have said something before we waited so long. The manager was completely rude and very unaccomidating.
Only sat for drink at bar. Service excellent. Salsa and chips good
Arrived at our hotel after an exhausting day of travel (a lot of stress). With crowds and long lines everywhere, we were lucky to land two seats at the lower bar. The service was AMAZING!!! We ordered from the regular menu and were very pleased with the quality of our food. Definitely would recommend this establishment.
If I could give 0 Stars I would. While the menu and the food looks very good, I couldn’t tell you how any of that was because we weren’t able to get in. At around 3pm we put our name in and my wife and I watched the hostess write our name down on what was basically a post it note. The one star is for the service. The food is actually really good - even though they messed out our order. Our server was so disorganized, puzzled, seemed to be in the hurry and never around when we needed him. I didn’t know how much table he had, but the restaurant did not look full.
