I will never go back again. Poor service waited over an hour just to get food- then as we were waiting we saw 2 couples leave. We finally got our food it was all wrong. It was Vale tines day dinner too. They didn’t give us ketchup never saw our waiter. I finally flagged down a worker and she got the MGR. he was very nice took care of everything made our food right. Thanks to IVAN our dinner wasn’t totally ruined. IVAN deserves a shout out! Thank you again!
Excellent service. Friendly staff and they aim to please. Food is delicious and so are the drinks. If you like hot, try the jalapeño margarita!
We live here and always wanted to try it out so we took a shot on Valentine’s Day. The service is just average at best, no recommendations from the server, bev nap was dirty, food was ok, sweet tea was served with three lemons of which one was rotten at end. We will not return given the vast amount of choices at Disney Springs. Our reservation was at 6:15pm so they were not even that busy yet and the food runner tried serving us wrong food three times. They are extremely disorganized. We would not recommend.
Excellent service and fantastic cocktails
The menu is very diverse. We sat outside and it was very nice. The only problem is that we had a party of 6 and one of us didn’t get her meal until almost 10 minutes after everyone else at the table received theirs. They were busy and it took time to get drinks, food and checks. Food was good, not great but good.
We were a party of 9: 4 ordered quesadillas and said it was really good, 1 ordered a burger and said it was ok, 3 ordered the churrasco and none ate it (horrible).
Service is poor....food quality remains to be seen - still waiting....
