Awful service. We had Diego and it's the worst service I've had at a Disney facility. Food was meh.
Today, I experienced the magic of Disney at Paradiso 37. I went into this restaurant alone, sat at a table and completely disappeared. I watched other patrons come in, sit down and get waited on, while I sat there and waited. The wait staff looked my way and could not see that I existed. Server (or lack of) was appalling. Felt as though we had been abandoned and forgotten . Will be our last visit for some time.
Bad experience ! Not a good service and we was at the bar and never get the beer for $5 and they dont have idea what a Argentinian quesadilla are!
Shocking service, shocking food and and almost 45 mins to get the bill and leave. Not the Disney experience we were expecting!! Avoid!!
I came by myself and apparently that is code for not providing service. Once I was actually able to place my order (thanks to a waitress who recognized I had not been helped and came out of her section to take my order), the food was very good and reasonably priced.
Very good food. Service was a bit slow but our waitress was amazing!! I would assume it’s akeays busy there!! Overall a great time
The drinks were amazing. The food was not good at all.
