Once the server took our order we did not see her again. We had a party of 10 so we got the impression that since she was making a huge tip off the included gratuity she didn’t need to bother coming back to the table. The food was good but service was terrible. The manager was suppose to come to the table but never showed.
Saw our waitstaff twice in an hour and twenty minutes. Weren’t there that long by choice and had to chase down a server for our last meal at the table and another server for refills. Food was decent, but way overpriced (I’m sure rent at Disney impacts that) and when I order arepas (plural) for $15 and get one split in two served like an open faced sandwich instead of an actual arepa I dislike the false advertising.
Just flew in from Georgia and had a very delightful evening. Our server Brenda was amazing. Overall our experience was excellent and we had fun.
We've passed this restaurant a dozen times and have never stopped. Yesterday we decided to give it a try! We are so glad we did. The service was wonderful, food outstanding, prices way better than most restaurants at Disney Springs, and the atmosphere is just perfect! We really felt as if we were somewhere in South/Central America! Wonderful experience.
Excellent food. I had the Baha Fish Tacos and chips and salsa. The service was wonderful too. I’m definitely going back again!
