I got my nose pierced at a place in Naples that did it all wrong, and it was causing the stud to sink into my nose. I stopped by Paradise to ask if that was normal, and spoke to Farah. She was polite, friendly, and very professional. She walked me through the problems with my piercing, made sure I understood what she was doing every step of the way, and even gave me tips about choosing future jewelry. Long story short, awesome customer service and informative staff. I'd recommend this shop to any needing a piercing!
