Stopped into Paradise Grills Orlando flagship store and I was amazed! What a gorgeous showroom. The salespeople were very friendly and so knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions while making creative suggestions. A bit of background... We visited the new Paradise Grills at Boca Raton location just to get some backyard ideas. The showroom is amazing with so many ways to go. Our salesman Luis was very knowledgeable of all the Paradise Grill products and the deals were so good we bought this beautiful set up. The quality and pricing combined can't be beat! Go see Luis.

Horrible experience from day one. My setup is 3-4 years old. Grill is horrible after the first year. Rusts badly and they don't honor their "lifetime warranty claim". They charge for service tech visits. The plaster falls apart after a couple years and they will send a plaster repair kit but don't honor "lifetime warranty claim". Anything that rusts is wear and tear. The top brace that holds my tiki top on is considered wear and tear. They made a reference to driving a car and replace tires. I purchased the GX-6 from the Boca Raton location. My in store buying experience was pleasant and I was Initially happy with my purchase. What you need to know is they lock you into an air tight contract and once you sign good luck getting any customer service help or any warranty items fixed because the contract excludes nearly everything. First I made the mistake of ordering the NG grill when I needed the LP...to get this minor issue changed months ahead of delivery time took about 8 emails and 4 phone calls. I basically h... read more
