Paradise Grills' Naples showroom is amazing if you want to see everything they offer, different setups, etc. Working with Ted was a breeze and his availability made it that much easier. Highly recommend.

Atef ****** at the Cypress, Tx location was very knowledgeable about all the products, awesome customer service, and a clean and neat showroom! He was helpful in helping me find the perfect outdoor kitchen and had great ideas! He guided us through the delivery process and made sure everything was delivered properly. He reached out to make sure we were satisfied and all items were received in good condition. Overall, we are very appreciative of his attentiveness and will be referring many people to him!
I just bought a new house and visited the town center show room and was quite impressed. The staff was wonderful. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable and wanted to help me find the right setup for my needs. He wasn't pushy or trying to upsell, listened to my needs, and got a perfect package together. Will be buying soon once the lanai project is close to complete. Awesome service and products. Definitely recommend.
Adam and Jon did a great job showing various way for cleaning and cooking on my kitchen grill. So many ways to get a a good smoke and cook I have not yet tried.. highly recommend a stop over! Love my kitchen!
It's really refreshing to go to a store and not feel like you're being taken advantage of. On the contrary, Kristo and his team made me feel at home and really looked out for me when it came to my purchase for my outdoor kitchen. Renovating can already be pricey enough but with them, I felt like I could do as much or as little as I wanted without the pressure of buying more. I appreciate y'all for looking out!

Went into Patrick's store in tampa. He was very knowledgeable and very patient and understanding.
I love my paradise Grill it was a great decision, saved me so much time and money goin the prefabricated route. The Pinecrest team was very helpful and will be recommending them to friends.
