I am beyond pleased with my experience at the Paradise Grills in Fort Myers. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff! John and Roger answered all my questions and even offered to come over to my property to measure my space to ensure I got the right unit.
Pierre and Juan were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were easy to work with and were able to answer all my questions. The paradise outdoor grill island GX10 will be a great addition to our home. We look forward to spending many days enjoying the backyard and grilling and cooking for our friends and family. You need to go see them.
Quality product at great price , fastest delivery and setup !!!!! Tony at the cape coral location was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with ! His assistance with helping us with measurements at our house was spot on in helping us choose the rite products
I had a great experience with Luis at the Boca store, Luis guided us in the best way, helped us choose the best option for our patio, I bought the GX10, it has everything I need and more, I'm looking forward to using it.
Had a great experience at Paradise grill of Pembroke Pines. Rafael was amazing not pushy at all let us make a good decision on what worked best. He was great. The equipment works amazing. The grill is top notch and we had a slight issue with counter which the addressed and fixed right away . Very good customer service! I would highly recommend using them and be carful with someone who says they can do it for less. Read your reviews!
Raphael at the Pembroke Pines location was extremely attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable about his line of products. He was very patient throughout the process, and answered all of our questions. The grill we bought was delivered to our home and assembled perfectly as described,and delivered promptly as promised. We are extremely happy with our grill and would recommend buying from paradise grills in Pembroke Pines with confidence.
I've been looking at the Tiki Bar for several years. After visiting the Oviedo location I made the decision to follow through and make my purchase. The salesperson was straight forward and pressure free. I had some issues with the TV mount and it was fixed quickly and hassle free. I would highly recommend the Oviedo location as knowledgeable, hassle and pressure free.
my family is very happy with our Grill and we spend more time on out backyard now. Endri was very helpful we will be back when we are ready for an Island
