Jason and Ben were very professional. They arrived early, completed the job in a timely manner, and left the site neat and clean. They replaced my garage door opener and even programmed my second door opener to the new remotes. Excellent workers.

Called on Wednesday, told repairman would be there Thursday, and he was. The repairman, Shawn, promptly arrived when he said he would. He repaired the belt on my garage door opener, showed me how to adjust the door if necessary and showed me how to return opener to automatic from manual. He was prompt, courteous and helpful. The company installed my door two years prior and I would recommend this business to others.

I was very impressed by Paradise Garage Doors. The spring on our garage door broke during the night. Our cars were stuck in the garage and a hurricane was coming in 3 days. I tried 2 other companies with no success. When I called Paradise they were more than happy to fix our door. The technician (Shaun) called 20 minutes before arrival. He was pleasant, experienced and explained the repair process as he did it. He wasted no time in repairing the door. I recently had need for someone to repair my garage door opener. After an experience with another company I called Paradise who responded the next day and repaired the system at 1/10th the cost of the competitors estimate saving me a good deal of money. I would highly recommend this company and David the technician that made the repair.

I am so impressed with this company and the technician who came to my home, Shann. Whenever a homeowner has a repair to be done, you always see dollar signs. I called Paradise Garage because my cable broke. I made an appointment and Shann arrived on time. He assessed my problem and then realized there was more to the repair then the broken belt. Shaun called 15 minutes out to notify me of his arrival time. I appreciated the notification. Shaun was very professional, personable, and polite. He discovered my garage door spring needed to be replaced. I asked a couple of questions and he answered them patiently. He also put up with my dogs. He is an excellent example of an exemplary employee. I paid $374 to replace spring, this includes deduction for senior and service call. outstanding company. Tech Shaun R was great, above and beyond for customer service.. Had this facility out a few years ago and this week had a problem w/ garage door. I now have a warranty co and when this company was mentioned as one that I could use I said yes 100%. They will treat you right and do everything to make things correct.
