Today Lee and Jay from Paradise Garage Doors M. I. came out to my house to replace 2, 9' garage doors. I'm a former contractor, and have worked in manufacturing for 32 years much of which was in management. I know Teamwork when I see it, and I saw it here also, they worked efficiently and harmoniously as only two experienced people can. Shaun was great--he called in advance if 3-hr time frame to advise he could arrive earlier if convenient to service garage door opener. He was very professional and friendly. He exceeded my expectations--he completed the job very quickly and he went above and beyond by checking out the system. I highly recommend Paradise Garage Doors. They installed a new hurricane recommended door 2 years ago and I am very with their product. Thank you, Shaun, for a job well done!!

I had backed into my garage door and bent the bottom edge and caused misalignment. On the internet I found that Paradise Garage Door Company was advertised to handle my Hurricane Master brand garage door. When I called them they explained there charges on phone. $19 service, plus labor and parts. They came very promptly and I ended up being charged $125 which I felt was very fair for work provided. Called Paradise, told them my problem. Came the next day on time. Put in a new Garage Door Opener. Shaun, the tech. was awesome he had a tight space to take down and replace the opener, due to my husband messy garage. But Shaun did it. The price for the new opener, was reasonable . Paradise Garage Doors and Shaun, the technician, were called 09/24/18 and were at my front door very quick. He had the garage door repaired with a new spring very fast and in time for me to complete my hospital appointment. I highly recommend this company and Shaun if you have garage door problems

Paradise Garage Door Services quickly responded to my service request and fixed my problem promptly with one visit. Our technician, Shaun, was very personable and professional. He listened to my problem, quickly diagnosed it properly, and offered me a variety of options for the corrective service without the slightest upsale pressure. I picked Paradise Garage doors because of the many good reviews that I read online and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service from initial phone call to when service was completed. We needed new springs and although we were not in a hurry, they had Shaun come out same day. We also had to try to schedule around when my husband got home from work, so they put us in the last 3 hour window and then Shaun was even able to re-adjust his schedule and make us the last stop - he went above and beyond. My garage door springs were broken. After getting estimates from many companies, I chose Paradise for the service call. The company responded promptly and sent Shaun out for the service call. I was very impressed with Shaun professionalism and knowledge. He explained clearly the issue, and he explained how it would be fixed. I highly recommend Paradise and also I want to thank Shaun for his help on resolving the issue very quickly.
