Great response (same day) at the time promised. Shaun quickly diagnosed the problem with the track trolley and gave me an estimate to repair the worn part as well as an estimate to replace the entire system at my request. I decided to go with the repair and he completed the work in a timely manner. He was professional and polite and took the time to show me the worn item as well as the replacement part. I will certainly consider them for any future work. Thank you Shaun.

I received an estimate from Josh. He was very knowledgeable and brought visual aids. I ordered my door but was disappointed that it had to be ordered and would take some weeks to get here.

The garage door manufacture had sudden shut down, limited assembly line workers, shortage of drivers, delayed steel deliveries and so on. We apologize. Called Paradise Garage Door for annual inspection and servicing. The service tech name was Leigh M. He was very helpful and informative, and explained all facets of how a automatic garage door functions. After his complete inspection of our garage it was recommended for a full serving to replace all worn and defective parts. He was very informative and professional, and did a great job.
