Great service my repair man was Shaun he was awesome
Incredibly impressed! Paradise was not only willing to be at my house the day I called (to replace my spring), but their prices were fair, and the tech, David, was professional, friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!!
We had a garage door spring break. I was able to get an appointment with Paradise the next day. David called me before he came and actually offered to come earlier than the appointment window. I agreed, and he arrived shortly afterward. He got right to work replacing the springs, and gave me some tips and pointers along the way to keep our garage door in good working condition. Price was as quoted, and very fair. I will use them again for garage door needs.

We were very happy with our experience with Paradise Garage Door Service. Our garage door spring broke and I called two different people, Paradise and another company that was listed. I left my name and phone number on the other companies voice mail and still I have not had a call back. Paradise Garage Doors is always very polite when I call, I have 3 Garage doors so it seems they all brake around the same time. First service call was a belt I had Shaun, did his work and did not push to sell me something I did not need. A couple weeks later on a different door I had a broken spring on a Sunday evening and someone was there early Monday morning. Called at 8 AM, to have broken springs replaced. Shaan came out and completed the repair before 10:30. Complete re-haul of the door, new high cycle springs, cables and commercial rollers as well for a reasonable price. Shaan was very personable with Great customer service skills. I would recommend Shaan and Paradise Garage Doors for any Garage door work.
