Always great, friendly service! I often do a mini detail and appreciate being able to wait, while watching my car getting all buffed up, inside and out. Always comes out looking brand new again.
Not worth the money! Outside was ok at best could have got the same wash at holiday and inside looked like it wasn't even touched besides a quick vacuum.
You pay for for your vehicle to be vacuumed out dash an windows done you see your car being washed it gets to the dry area an the back of my car is full of soap still I asked about it oh they will towel that off wth the back of my car has white streaks from the soap I had to go back because hmm imagine not vacuumed or windows done nothing done inside oh wait I even paid for air freshener an imagine that was not done either will never go back there again holiday 8.00 car wash is better than the 30.00 plus I spent People do no... read more
I will never bring my car back. I have also told family and friends to stay away. I paid $130 for a full-service detail cleaning. Paradise said they would be finished with my car in two hours but they took four and a half hours. When I opened my driver's door, I immediately saw a 3" tear in my floor carpet. When asked about it, they said it was there before, to which I can assure you it was not. The car is almost new and I baby my vehicle. The worse! Lost my headrest cover and floor mats carpet wasn't cleaned had to get done over. Broke the handle off my door then claim it was already done. Never go there for detail
Worst car wash ever! My truck was filthy after a higher end was package. Another person was having their car re-washed for the same reason. The Eagan location is much better. Several of the workers here in Savage were visibly high while working. I DO NOT recommend this location!!!
I just paid 30.00 for an Admiral car wash and have spots on my windows, center console dirty , I have an ashtray and it was open, had to ask for that to be emptied, and wonder what the hell i paid for. No scent applied after I was asked and requested new car scent. I brought car back and was told that I needed the Detail Package for this to be done. Never ever ever again. What a waste of money.
Been going there for almost 20 years. Love the bird. The Admiral wash today was more like cabin boy service. The tires were missed on one side and the other guy would not bend over to do the bottom of the tires on the other. I was motioned but noticed they never opened back window or lift gate. I grabbed a towel and spent 5 minutes finishing it myself. The floor supervisor was jawing with the crew (6-8) and they all watched as I finished that part. Steve Jones
