Paid $39.99 for a car wash and vacuum this weekend for my Mercedes SUV and they hardly touched the interior. I ended up having to clean the inside myself after paying them to do so. I was going to purchase the monthly membership, but now Won’t be returning.
Just bought a brand new 2020 Silverado.. brought It to the ghetto paradise car wash on the east side..Left with a big scratch On my passenger door. Manager and owner reviewed video said the scratch was already there. Asked the manager if I could look at the video, he said sure. upon arrival the owner looked scared when I walked in. I asked him if I could see the video, he said yes. There was no scratch. He lied to me. Thieves, thieves, thieves.This place has thieves. They took my good quality snow broom and accused me of lying to them that something was taken out of my car. No apologies or offer to make things right When I asked for money to buy a new brush, they offered me store credit after I made noise.. I'm supposed to use store credit and bring my car back to thieves?? Be careful with your stuff if you bring your car here.👎

touchless doesn't clean the back of the car. at all.
Sloppy work....back inside windows not done. Barely clean the inside. If you think they do a great job then your car doesn't need a cleaning. They sent a txt asking how they did & so I responded with not satisfied & why; also sent an email....NO response at all from them. Rude!

My car was accidentally damaged at Paradise . It was the side mirror. The owner Ed immediately ordered the new side mirror and replaced it himself. I think that was very good service. Julie S
Got my car washed and got the “best value.” They didn’t even bother to vacuum the back seat or wipe the center console. I would think for nearly $40 this would be a reasonable expectation. The floors were soaking wet when I got back in to truck as well. Will not be going back.
