Got my car washed and got the “best value.” They didn’t even bother to vacuum the back seat or wipe the center console. I would think for nearly $40 this would be a reasonable expectation. The floors were soaking wet when I got back in to truck as well. Will not be going back.
Owner Ed was super unprofessional. I paid $150 for a detail and they did a horrible job. I asked for a refund, but they told me I would have to wait for the manager. It took him four days to get a call back. After that, he didn’t even care that I left my car here for 6 hrs, and the job wasn’t done. He argued back with me and told me he was not giving me a refund. I once would tell everyone that I knew to come to paradise because of the service they HAD. now I will never pay paradise to wash my car, i once was a monthly but when I heard they dont wash there towels that are filled with rocks and such. I would never be a customer to this location ever again. even with all the changes the new management is doing I still wouldnt go, same crap service just a different face trying to give you excuses on why they cant do somthing as simple as clean a car.
the outside of my car looks great. the inside is dirtier then when I got out of the car. what is worse Is that I had to reset everything in the car. all mirrors had been moved, seat height and distance to dash changed, Heater messed with and changed to air con in February, radio station changed. dome light in on position, white residue all over dash. really people?
Went to get a wash for $30 and they failed to even spray the mats down or wipe out cup holders. Not sure what paying extra for things would do if hey fail to do it for the price you pay. Would not recommend.
Never again. Paid $36 and there is still noticable dirt on the body and the dash. Every.Single.Time!!! 🤣😊😎✋🏻
Business owner to another business. If I pay you 200 a month to keep my cars washed don't call me at 8 in the morning to tell me that you're cashier messed up and I need to pay another $10 a month. But you couldn't even tell me how much I was paying for each vehicle to begin with then to put me on hold and not pick it back up is beyond weak.
