Paid for interior plus and they clean it as good as my 10yr old son. Also, after heading home I notice the change was empty. I’m completely done with them
If I could give then negative stars I would. Car was still dirty on the inside after they cleaned it. They left a bag of trash in the fro t seat?? It should have been take. Out and thrown away. Isn’t that what u paid them to do when they cleaned the car?? Guess not. They are worse than the Downtowner. When I pointed it they just shrugged their shoulders. The girl at the register was nice. Whoever Nathan is that checked me in needs some coaching on customer service. His rudeness and expectation that I know what the washes are called was an immediate turn off to this place. I was asking about floor mats cleaned and having the inside wiped down and he acted like it was an inconvenience to follow up with me on what my options were. The Maple Grove location is far better than this place.
I usually go to the Bloomington location, but was near this one. Not very happy with the car wash. Got a supreme wash and the dash wasn't wiped, the rugs not rinsed and the trunk wasn't completely wiped. I feel for $30+, there shouldn't be any complaints with a expected job. Obviously, the Eagan location don't do as good of a job as the Bloomington location. I want a rewash. If I wasn't on a timeline... I would turn around and have it rewashed.
Had a issue with my vehicle. Owner Ed is very unprofessional and non responsive to resolve the issue. When you call he is never there or not coming in so I stopped by and guess what he was there and not happy to have deal with my situation. Then ed returned my phone call about the situation and ended up hanging up on me and has must of told his employees not to answer the phone cause I was trying to cancel my plan. Cashier is very unfriendly and snapped her eyes when I questioned the incorrect change she gave me �
I got stuck behind a car who's floor mats we're being washed. Meanwhile 4-5 cars went by in the other line. I NICELY suggested to the manager that they put a cone up when doing more than just a vacuum on a car so people go to a different line. Another employee rudely interrupted saying "we do the best we can." I know you do the best you can. I was simply providing a suggestion and his rude tone was NOT necessary.
