Out of propane for 4 days now, we are on autofill program. Have not had propane delivered since AUGUST! Lied to multiple times from New online call center saying they would be out, waiting here for days, no one ver showed up. No way to contact local offices now, guess we will just freeze and drive miles to inlaws to take showers until they decide to come. Will be looking for new supplier.

There aren't words to describe the incompetence of this company. Do not, do not, do NOT under any circumstances give them your service. You will spend hours of your life on the phone with them to no avail. You will be disappointed, they will not come through like they said, all of their representatives will communicate different information, and nothing will ever be resolved.
