Ordered gas 2 weeks ago.Keep getting told it’s coming today then I call again and I am told it’s not scheduled.I am 67 years old and my husband is home sick with Covid.I am going to run out of gas and have no heat or hot water. They don’t care and actually said they can schedule an emergency delivery at an extra charge.What? That’s an answer? If we run out we can’t go anywhere due to his having Covid He could die if we get no heat.THEY DONT CARE

Absolutely terrible service. I put in for a delivery online on 1/02/2021 with both tanks at 50%. I did it so early knowing they were extremely backed up, thinking I would get it by the time I really needed it. I was told it would be here by the 18th. It is now the 25th and I have yet to receive the delivery. I've called 5 times since the 19th and have been continuously told it would definitely be the next day, the next day, the next day. Every other review I have read echoes what I want to say - Amerigas has NO customer service, Dealing with them is beyond hopeless. Endless run around from "customer service" to "customer advocacy" to "emergency", even the executive offices. Promises are made, but never kept. Calls are not returned - help is NOT on the way. My business would be out of business if it were run this way. Amerigas does not deserve my business or yours. Look elsewhere.

Avoid doing business with this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Company does not respond to to billing errors and continues to bill for services we did not receive. Company never responded when we requested propane delivery and a larger tank, so we found another provider. Impossible to reach the company; no response to multiple emails and letters sent, unreasonably long hold times and no ability to leave a message or request a call back. Should not have a license to do business in Missouri.

Out of gas since the begin of December - DO NOT USE THEM !!!! Out of gas since the begin of December. It is impossible to reach anybody. If you do, it is pointless because you get the same answer all the time - "we have forwarded your concern."

I’ve never dealt with a business as bad as Amerigas. Never. They promised to check and fill my tank, and for the last three months have allowed my tank to run out of propane - in January, in the Colorado mountains. Their customer service has lied to me, given me false information and simply hung up on me. They have repeatedly promised to deliver propane “tomorrow” only to never show. AmeriGas is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a utility or contractor of any trade, in my entire life.........and I'm not a young guy. We have not received a delivery since November 7, 2020. We are automatic fill customers, paid up to date in full. January 3rd, 2021 I got a text from AmeriGas that a delivery was imminent, that delivery never happened. Absolutely horrible delivery service. Paid in advance and still no gas for a 68 yr. Old customer. Called and can't get any help. Could take my money but can't get gas. It s been 1 and a half weeks. Told me it d be delivered today but still no gas! I will be changing companies and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
