Aaron is an incredibly rude, and inconsiderate manager who is constantly rude to his own teammates, and to donors. I will be making notice of this in the Parachute app

This place has it's act together. They're very professional. The parachute app really is an awesome feature for scheduling and getting paid.
Legacy ADMA donator here. Parachute started off hot but missed the buzzer beater. Staffing: low staffing morale and numbers mixed with their job duties and obligations make the wait very long. Even with scheduled appointments expect to be 2-3 hours over the time you designate. Equipment: "New" Allegedly. Some units, Not all, make loud sounds randomly. This variation can feel unsettling to new or hesitant donors. *** This is not a reflection of how I feel about the app designed for Parachute. It's phenomenal. ***
