Service Was Awesome
Food as always was great, the service today seemed to be lacking the usual promptness that I have been accustomed to for many years here and at other locations. They were not particularly busy. Which is why I don’t understand Having to ask for my drink three times, bread twice. The waiter came back because she couldn’t remember our food order(observed that she wrote nothing down)and then our appetizers were brought out with the meal. For these reason only 4stars.
Don’t get any better than this. This place was clean and he food was on point. Will be back for sure.
Pappadeaux is one of my favs when in Dallas. It is the closet to New Orleans food when I’m not in NOLA. I plan all my business trips to Dallas around having lunch at Pappadeaux. I had a wonderful experience yesterday with the staff and especially the manager Chelsey G. The seafood gumbo is the best. All the food is always flavored just right not too salty or too bland.
Amazing food, Marsha was a great server...wish we had one in Amarillo, TX but I eat here whenever I can.

I told the manager that their gumbo had gotten too spicy for me and the dirty rice had changed! He did everything possible to accommodate us! He was from Venezuela��. Lovely Man!
Customer service was awe full at this location. By far the worse of any of their locations I’ve been to. I won’t got in to details but I was highly underwhelmed and don’t think I’ll go back to this location...
Beautiful restaurant excellent food but had a waiter that was just trying to finish his shift so he could leave.
