terrible customer service – When I went to the Paper Place about a year ago to brainstorm about my wedding invitations and save the dates, my mother and I found absolutely no help. An Austin Gem! – I can't even begin to describe the incredible experience I have had at The Paper Place. I've placed several custom orders from them - from my change of address to ALL of my wedding stationery and they have consistently been absolutely amazing. Good recovery! – First visit to Paper Place for custom order was not great. Salesgirl wrote order poorly and wasn't very communicative. Visit 2 was disappointing - the aforementioned order was so indecipherable that others had trouble identifying product line. Eventually decided it was one they no longer carried. If you don't like your job, GET A NEW ONE! – I have tried to obtain information for services and products three times over the phone and I have had no luck, whatsoever! Seeing as driving to this location and parking can be difficult, informative help over the phone would increase sales. I am incredibly disappointed at the smug little girl who wanted to answer absolutely zero questions while I was trying to place a large custom order. Lost OUR business- all current AND future! and btw/ there are many other places to go
Disappointed! – I loved shopping at Paper Place for gifts and pre-printed stationary, but when it came time to placing a custom order-- I had a difficult time getting advice and creative suggestions. After investing 2 visits more than an hour talking to their staff, I decided to move on!
