Papagayo's has the worst service & food . The waitresses are so rude . If you want a drink , bring it yourself because you'll get dehydrated from waiting for them to bring your drink or refill . I asked the waitress for no olives in my nachos & when it arrived , it had olives. Worst experience ever . If you wanna go there and get treated like shit then go there .
Service with a smile . Our server was great and enthusiastic. She checked on us at just the right times, and was quick to serve as we changed our mind mid-meal. She adjusted well, and continued to serve with a friendly smile. Awesome ambience!

Talk about a fun, friendly atmosphere! You feel like you're home when you walk in. Service is given with a smile and charm, and doesn't take long to feel relaxed and at ease. The menu is very tasty, and their reputation as having the best Margaritas on the Mountain is most definitely true.
