We love it, so many memories! 24 years ago Labor Day weekend I had dinner here with my husband to be. Back with our 14 year old twins and so happy we got seated on the "classic" booth section. Still miss old location but have had many great dinners at this one too!
The food here was average, not very tasty, typical Mexican food in a resort town. The salsa was bland, my torta with carne asada was uninspiring. The meat was all in one piece, not chopped up. The meat tostada came with ground beef, not great at all. I would not return to Papagallos when I come back to this town...

My husband I thought the food was awesome. The alcoholic drinks were soooo good. The waitress was so very nice. I would recommend this place to everyone. When we come up here again this is where we will go to eat.
Best margaritas ever!! Try the Killer! Nice people! Can't beat it. And the best location in Lake Arrowhead!
Had the machaca and the house margarita... very delicious....
