The service was great, the food was very delicious and the salsa was spicy without being too spicy, and chips didn't taste salty... We had a wonderful time! We'll be back again!!!

Let me say something. I LOVE the food, and usually the service. We had a rude waitress named Kim, middle aged blonde woman, on the 4th of July, I was going to tip her anyways, knowing it stinks working in the 4th, but my fiance who was the one who brought up how rude she was said not to. So i didn't. Two days later, we find that she charged me for a tip anyways, so I called management, her name was nicole, helpful, prompt and helped find my receipt from that night. I've been a fellow Lake Arrowhead resident since last year and have been very curious to try Papagayos. So finally I went here today for a nice afternoon lunch. This is the first time I have been here, the margaritas were INCREDIBLE, very strong and tasty. I ordered the Carne Asada dinner plate, and man that steak was juicy and tender, it was absolutely divine.
