I normally don't mind this store but 3 hours for delivery tonight and being told by the manager that" it would get there when it gets there" is unnecessary.
High probability of ordering your Pizza twice here. A correct order is a total gamble at this location.
RecommendedTonight my son order from here but they totally screwed up the order. We got bread sticks instead oh cheese stick, and his pizza was not correct.

This Papa Johns is horrible! Lately they have been messing up my orders or burning the food. They get an attitude when I call to get my order replaced.
We ordered food this evening and was quoted on the app 35-45 minutes. After an hour I called to check I was given the run around. “Oh we’re short on drivers, oh the quote time was wrong.” Said it would be another hour at least putting at 2 hrs. Unapologetic and seemed to not care and this was the manager. Cancelled the order and refunded.
I love Papa John's Pizza. I have been ordering them well done for some years, but lately they were looking somewhat burnt (with no other complaints). I mentioned this in a survey I received after that online order. Update: Still no pizza at 8:30. Called and talked to manager. Said they knocked on my door. I was waiting for them at the door from 7:50 until 8:30 when I called. Very disappointed. Told me it would be another hour to get my pizza I ordered at 7:01. No thanks. Horrible service. Ordered a Papa John's pizza. Was supposed to be here by 7:55. Still not here. Not a happy camper.
Someone can not count to 10 ! If I order 10 Chicken Poppers we should not receive only 9.
