Llegué con una uña encarnada, me han hecho cirugía en más de 10 ocasiones en años anteriores con distintos doctores pero el Dr. Paoletti lo solucionó sin necesidad de cirugía, yo no lo podía creer 😇 lo recomiendo 100% Solo realizó dos cortes con su herramienta y en menos de 10 segundos arregló mi problema (si dolió un poco ya que tenía mi dedo inflamado pero después de que él cortó mi uña, el dolor desapareció)
