The food was excellent! It tasted like what my Dad had learned from his Mom and older sisters in Dona Ana almost 90 years ago This is New Mexican cuisine at its best with a few twists added by an artistic Chef Art. The Hatch chili is what creates some wonderful tastes. We will be going back to try other entrees on the menu. We have been looking for a real New Mexican restaurant for some time. The service was also top notch.

RecommendedPanxa Cocina is one of my favorite restaurants. Everything tastes amazing and service is always top notch. I particularly like the brunch menu. Parking is easy and they have a patio. They accommodate big groups for birthdays etc. Did I mention that everything tastes amazing???
