Pozole for the whole table! Yum!
Authentic New Mexico dishes. Their red and green chile is on point. Stacked enchiladas with short ribs were delicious, do yourself a favor add an egg and get it Christmas style!
Panxa Cocina always provides wonderfully flavored food and good service. Today Jay Jay was a champ. The restaurant has a great happy hour too. If you are looking to try something different here in Long Beach...Panxa is your place.
What a great experience! The food and drinks here are absolutely delicious. You can taste the great ingredients being used and you'll absolutely be hooked. We had the Burrata and Calabacitas, along with the Flaquita and Margapeño and wow... will keep on coming back.
