Went when they first opened and it wasn't very good!!! Went last night and it was AMAZING!! the ceviche was so delicious, I wanted to drink the juice!! Our waitress was Katrina... what a gem!!! Will be back forsure!!!

There is not one bad dish at this restaurant. Chips and Salsa are amazing. They should really bottle the orange one. It's hot and has a smokey aftertaste. The seafood enchiladas and chicken mole are fantastic! They even had non-alcoholic Coors! Amazing! We just moved to Long Beach and have been here 4 times and will keep going! �
We tried Panxa out twice when they just opened. Unfortunately, both times were bad experiences. We decided to give them another try this past week. We had such a great experience on Wednesday that we went back yesterday! Both times we were there in the bar for happy hour. Our waitress was excellent, the margaritas were fabulous, food yummy, bartender was great, the atmosphere/vibe very nice and loved, loved, loved the music selection being played! Thank you we'll definitely be back soon!
