Food has been delicious each time I've been here in the last year. Love the queso fundido, the cauliflower with the pickled chiles, the calabasitas and maíz. And the cocktails are gorgeous. Good food for lacto-ovo vegetarians and carnivores alike. Service sometimes a little tiny teensy bit unfocused; overall, a great meal.

My favorite restaurant in Long Beach!! But if you are a gringo, go with the red sauce - the tomitillo is amazing but will make a grown man cry!! Thank you Panxa Cucina for amazing experiences every time I'm there!!
Loved the "Craft Tender" Greg who makes the best Moscow Mule! The Calamari Taco and the Creamy Poblano Fries were my favorites!
Love everything about panxa. Great good. Great drinks. Unique menu with great flavors. I wish they had outside seating is all but so love this place
Being a native New Mexican who loves chili I must say it was delicious! There's also a green chili corn bread served with honey butter! OMG! Oh ya and the margarita and Clase Azul Repesado Tequilla was the smoothest ever🌶🍹. Clean and wonderful staff!
