I worked with Joey and Dr. Nyguen for braces. Joey and Dr. Nyguen are the best! They did a wonderful job on my teeth and put me at ease. I woudn't go to any other people. Joey took care of me above and beyond his call of duty. If Joey started his own practise, I would just go to him - he explains things and puts you at ease. He is just awesome.
I had oral surgery to have my 4 wisdom teeth removed using only local anesthesia. I had Joey, Dr. Le, another assistant (Rashad?) and Sanaz the finance person all helping me. There was some confusion because I was not decided on which course of treatment I would take and it required 2 more teeth to be removed but nobody pressured me. I heard your radio show and was very impressed but my personal experience wasn't great. I came to your Fremont office for regular cleaning and Dr Pooja rudely insisted I get deep cleaning done else she won't touch my teeth. Since it was year end I said ok and she came up with a big amount which she claimed was after talking to my insurance which was 5 mins later. I feel ripped to have paid a huge amount while other dentists in town don't charge that much. And none of them do a deep cleaning in one appointment.
I am really upset with ur staff Dr.pannu. I was at ur clinic may be in the month of oct for 1st time. At that time I was told that I didnt have good dental health. So they right away did some filling and gave me an appointment next month i.e. nov for deep cleaning. As agreed I came down the office for deep cleaning. At that time the staff tells me that they are yet to get approval from my insurance. Its really wierd no intimation nothing. Now its been a month till date I am waiting for a call from your office for my appointm... read more

I have been to this dentist once, i had two fillings and my crown re-cemented. My filling came out a week later and they fixed it for me right away and free of charge. I had a great experience my first time here, however when my crown fell out five months later I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. i had a lot of questions about how long i should go without a crown and how much a re-cement would cost, she ignored my questions and rushed me off the phone. Dr. Pannu helped me look beautiful again, after he mixed up my little accident on the front tooth and now it looks like nothing happened. I'm so proud of him. East or West Dr. Pannu is the best!!!
Dr. Pannu saved my life! Ok, it may sound extreme, but it's a state of mind! I needed serious dental care, and other dentists told me they wanted to pull out all my lower teeth and put in dentures for $30,000! After 3 different consultations I was extremely depressed and unable to afford the carnage so I did nothing. Finally I saw Dr. Pannu. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Dr. Pannu is one of the best dentist in the bay area. he s nt only got dentist ,also a good person. I dont ve ny medical insurance right nw , so my wisdom extrarction was costing me abt 800 bucks , bt dr. pannu gave me huge discount on it and make it possible for me to get rid of that wisdom tooth. He s very patient and always welcome u wth warm smile . I totally recommend him to everyone who wants good service
