Being on the lazier side of things, I usually don’t write a review for most services but given the kinda outstanding experience I had with "Dr Pooja Goel" and rest of her staff (esp. Bessa)@ Pannu Dental, I was bound to pen this one down. I am happy to say after a long history of bad experiences with dentists, I have found a good.. make that a great one! This dental office is very professional with up to date technology. My implant procedure was painless and the Dr. explained everything beforehand. I was very happy with my treatment. Now my husband is going to have his implants done here!
I knew my oral hygiene wasnt that great, so i decided to pay a visit to Dr Pannu's Clinic in Fremont. Fixing an appointment was fairly simple and the staff are courteous to give reminders before the appointment. The first appointment Dr. Pooja had a look at my dental health and explained clearly to me about the things that needed to be taken care of. Dr.Pannu;s on going show on radio has gotten me into flossing iam 36 years old , i had never been flossing all these years. one day i was listening to his radio talk on my way to pick up my child from school, was stuck in traffic and i heard Dr.Pannu talking again about flossing. i had put floss in my purse from last 6 months to get my self started but never used it. that day while waiting in the traffic to pick up my child i flossed my teeth and till this day i havnt stopped. recently when i went for general cleaning my doc... read more
I came to Dr. Pannu for an Invisalign treatment. I was a difficult case but the results are wonderful, just need to be patient and wear the aligners, keep your gums healthy and smile. Dr. Pannu is very professional and an expert in Invisalign, he was on top of the treatment and I was very pleased with his recommendations, plus he listens to your concerns. I've been to Dr. Pannu's office three times, and each time I saw Dr. Pooja and and Dental Assistant Bessa. These are easily the best dentists I've ever been to. The have great chair side manners, are very kind, and they give you a lot of information to help you unerstand the process. I saw them for a crown and for filling in a chipped tooth. Dr Pannu's office has the MOST friendliest staff. Especially Dr. Shah and her assistant. I feel like I have a mom in the room when she is there. The receptionist are very friendly and prompt. There are no surprise fees and you don't get the feeling that they are trying to make money off of you like other places. Furthermore, Dr. Pannu is very friendly, professional, funny, and never tries to act like a sales agent like many dentist do.
