I have been coming here for almost 9 years now. I had root Canal and some procedures done during this time. For all the procedures big or small I received excellent care.all the doctors here are very professional and the best in their work especially Dr. Pooja who is a perfectionist and always puts patient care first.i highly .recommend her. Ladies in front desk office staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Dr.Nguyen was good and he was always helpful with the questions that I needed answered. Amy always assisted me and my daughter Alisha. Today I got my braces off and Amy even got me a complementary cleaning. I recommend any one who wants excellent results to come here.
Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. Dr.shah is helpful in answering questions. My situation had alot of problems with my teeth but dr.shah always helped me and Joey had answers for all my questions. I recomended my friend to go here and he is always thanking me. (Nick). I never knew about the review site or I would've posted it a long time ago. Five stars to dr.shah. Amy assisted with the implant from the start of the treatment to the end and thanks to dr.pannu I started coming here.
first day I called because my kids had spring break, I received horrible service from the lack of telephone skills from Jessica. My name is Jonathon and I was treated like someone slow just because I asked her a question more than once. I called again yesterday and spoke with Reet she helped me and offered me cleaning I told her Jessica was rude over the phone and I was not surprised to see another post regarding her. My son had an orthodontist appointment with the specialist this Sunday and we were shocked by the way there was cursing in the front office we usually go there into a friendly office where everyone is welcomed but unfortunately this Sunday was different. The only tomps up i give to dr panus'attitude and knowledge , but overall I don't recommend going to his office at all ,the staff have only been trained to get business ,they are not organized and caring at all. With a lot of advertisment they got too busy to give you service :( I went there for implant several months ago but not yet I am done even half a way because of his staff not being organized giving me appointment!!! My dental care was longtime pending and went to Pannu dental from friends recommendation. Dr Pooja Goel was very good and explained what all problems I had in my first appointment and explained what would be the cost for the treatements and what options were best for me. I had to get some fillings done for my teeth. Overall it has been good experience so far. But the experience with the staff was not all that good.
Special thanks to Dr. Shah, Amy, Reet, Herindar and Germindar, thanks for making my dental visit easy going. Dr, Shah is a very easy going dentist, made me feel very happy and didn't let me feel any pain throughout the whole procedure, I went and got my fillings done, my cavities were really deep and I was really busy so i couldn't write my review before, I went there 2 months ago and I have been busy to write my response, but I want to take time off to say, it's really pleasant to know they open on Saturdays, two beautiful ... read more
