I've been using Pann for a couple of years now and have always been extremely impressed by and satisfied with not only the work but also the people. Most recently I called to set up a routine maintenance appointment and had great service from Renee P and Mike F in customer service and Chris A, the technician who actually came out. I find them to be courteous, hard working and thorough. I will continue to use them (got the service plan! So worth it!) and recommend their services to others.
I have had Pann do almost all of the work on my primary residence and my rental property and have always been completely satisfied with all their work. They do quality work and their customer service is to a level that you rarely see nowadays. Woke up this morning with my furnace blowing cold air. YIKES ! What to do ?! I called PANN, who came recommended by a friend on Blanchard Road in Cambridge. I was called right back in just a few minutes by Michael, he set up a time that worked for me for a tech to come out. After returning from church, I confirmed a time and within the hour Ryan called to tell me he was on his way. They did a great job of fixing the burst pipe in my dining room wall - which involved taking apart a custom china closet... Good work, pleasant people, and cleaned up well. Highly recommended. Paul managed the whole thing.
