We had a great experience with Rich T., Humberta M. and Deb B. from start to finish! Our plumbing issue was figured out and fixed in a day. Rich was completely knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous with his work. This isn't the first time that Pann Home Services has done great work for us, and we will not hesitate to call upon them again. Thanks for everything!
Tom H arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed two problems and fixed one and ordered the part for the other. He was very thorough in his work and explained things in a very understandable way. I would highly recommend him and he made the experience pleasant.
Scott was extremely helpful clearing a backed up sink, explaining everything as he went. He also tightened a faucet in my tenant's unit, always friendly and patient, explaining the problem and getting the job done well.
Luis was very helpful and friendly. Pann sent him out to help service a tankless hotwater/furnace they installed last year. He got me all set up with understanding how to maintain my purchase, not just install/fix and leave.
Scott arrived at my home today from Pann to fix my 2 leaking faucet's. What a kind,professional down to earth gentleman.He did all what was needed to be done,in a timely fashion..Giving me great advise,no phoney sales pitch with him.Scott did great work ,and i already recommended his services to my neighbor BEFORE he left the building! Pann is lucky to have him in their employment. Scott has made me a ''Pann Fan'', I'll spread the word about him along at my 2 jobs..Thank You again Scott.
