been sitting here for 35 minutes. no order yet
Ordered food to go repeated my order 4times to guy answering the phone!! Get there to pick up and the order is still messed up it was missing the chicken on the chicken salad!! Talk to manager and they could care less such a waste of money!

manager Mike took care of a problem we had. I walked in the middle of a small confusion with food order.He immediately took care of situation. Mg like him are a needle in a haystack. Mg like him keep bar owners happy an in business.
Best Waiter ever!!! He even took us all outside for a picture 😀 — with Heather Prochaska and Jonathan Yokiel.
Today was my first time at Panini's. I live in Columbus and was visiting friends. We had your brunch buffet and made to order omelettes. Everything was very good and our service was excellent!
I have been to this location twice in the last couple of weeks. on both occasions I ordered a tonic with lime. Both times they brought me a CLUB SODA with lime. Both times they replaced the Club Soda with another Club Soda. The Same waitress both times. The second time we went she said that the hoses were mixed up. She said she had the manager correct the hose problem and promptly returned with another CLUB SODA. Perhaps they need some help from "BAR RESCUE"
Paninis always seems to have great staff working the front and amazing cooks working in the back! If you haven’t tried them out yet take my word for it. I don’t visit 2-3 times a week because it isn’t good! 10/10!
