I love Panini's I especially love Sam " Samantha", she's working hard for her Family and she is fabulous!! Not all the servers there are friendly some are down right rude or indifferent, so Sam is a breath of fresh air... I do think you should have Long Island ice teas on special more often, they sell well and people would buy more if they were on special more.
