Horrible service. Sat there 10 minutes and didn’t even get served waters. There were plenty of servers that completely ignored us and even checked on other tables multiple times while we sat there without drinks or menus.

whoever was working the patio bar the evening of 4/8 (dark hair, jean shorts) was greatly lacking in her customer service skills. Although it was not busy at all, my guest & I were ignored numerous times. She was either on her phone the whole time or bs'ing with the male patrons. When we finally were able to get our order in, my fries came out cold. overall very poor experience
RecommendedServers and waiters were very attentive. One of the only restaurants I’ve been in to have cardboard straws. I salute the management for that small, yet important change in the macro.
